RETURN POLICY

Please make sure you have carefully reviewed your order prior to finalizing your purchase.

Returns are permitted up to 7 days of the confirmed delivery date.

  • Clothing/items/apparel MUST be returned in the original condition received; unworn, unwashed, unmarked, unaltered, and suitable for resale. Any item sent back that is not in resale condition (odors, pet hair, lint, stains, damaged, etc.) will not be honored and will be considered surrendered by the customer unless the customer is willing to pay for return shipping.

  • Awaken The Warrior will not refund any customer whose order is not received because the shipping address provided during the checkout procedure was inaccurate or incomplete unless that order is classified as undeliverable and returned to Awaken The Warrior.

  • Exchanges will not be honored for items purchased as part of a promotional sale, clearance, or discontinued item.

  • Awaken The Warrior has the right to refuse any return request if the item(s) is/are not in the original condition or outside the stated time frames and may be sent back at the buyers own expense.

  • Awaken The Warrior will not process any returns if a parcel does not arrive at our location, and we will not be responsible for the loss of returning items in transit.

  •  We recommend keeping a copy of the tracking number and checking delivery estimates.

All exchanges require prior approval before returning item(s) to Awaken The Warrior. Customers can contact our customer service team at customerservice@ATW.com. Upon approval, customers will send item(s) to the following address:

*** Please provide the printed out email approval for the return.

  • In the case of a missing package on INTERNATIONAL ORDERS, we will offer a 80% refund. We will not be able to send out a second package. It is also your responsibility to contact the post office and file a claim for the missing package.

Upon receiving the return and confirming item(s) meet the previously stated requirements, the customer will receive store credit equal to the paid price of the item(s) returned.

 

Returns will be processed within 48 hours of receipt.
